Gift Wrapping and Packaging

Each piece of Elizabeth Humble Jewellery is beautifully packaged in a GREY ECO LUXE jewellery box, and slipped into a packer box to protect it. We add an envelope in your parcel with the details of your piece of jewellery, along with a silver or gold polishing cloth. We won’t enclose any prices in your parcel.

Each jewellery box is packed with tissue paper and sent to you in a security sealed box.

Whilst we always hope our parcels will be treated with respect while they travel to you by courier, we know there can sometimes be accidents. Please get in touch with us directly if you have any concerns.

Shipping - UK - FREE UK DELIVERY

1-3 working dayS, SENT VIA Royal Mail SPECIAL DELIVERY.

This is an insured service to ensure complete protection for your jewellery. A signature is required upon receipt so please make sure someone is available to sign for your package. 

If you are unavailable a card will be left with details for you to collect from your local Post Office. You will receive a personal tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. 

 

Shipping - Europe, USA & Canada

Up to 10 working days, via our selected Courier. 

All orders to Europe, USA and Canada will incur a flat rate charge of £35.

This is an insured service to ensure complete protection for your jewellery. You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch of your order.
The total price of your order does not include any import duty and taxes. Any import charges are solely the responsibility of the customer.

 

Shipping - Rest of the World

Up to 10 working days, via our selected Courier. All orders will incur a flat rate charge of £40..

This is an insured service to ensure complete protection for your jewellery. You will be provided with a tracking number upon dispatch of your order.The total price of your order does not include any import duty and taxes. Any import charges are solely the responsibility of the customer. 

International Delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the country of destination. Elizabeth Humble Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service or customs. Any associated handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

 

Returns

Our Returns Policy: 

We hope that you love your new Elizabeth Humble Jewellery. However if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer an exchange or credit note if you get in touch with us with 14 days of receipt stating your reason, and return it to us within 30 days of purchase in perfect condition in its original packaging and unworn.

Any item that is faulty will be exempt from the Returns Policy. Please contact us for further details.
